Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and take part in our classes. This statement explains what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had the website independently audited, so we describe below what we have done rather than claiming full conformance.
What we have done
- Pages use clear headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate them.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG AA colour contrast, and information is never shown by colour alone.
- Images that convey information have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have visible labels, helpful hints and error messages that explain how to fix a problem, announced to screen readers.
- Text can be resized up to 200% and the layout adapts to small screens.
- Animations are minimal and switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Nothing plays automatically, and there are no time limits on forms.
- Cookie settings and FAQs use accessible, keyboard-friendly controls.
Accessibility in classes
- Instructions are spoken clearly, so classes can be followed without watching the screen.
- Options are offered for every pose, including chair-based alternatives.
- You can tell us about access needs when you book, and we will do our best to help.
- Live classes use Zoom. Its accessibility features, such as captions and keyboard controls, are provided by the platform.

- Some third-party services, such as the video platform and any payment pages, are outside our control.
