Welcome
Home Yoga Studio offers yoga you can practise from home: live online group classes, private one-to-one sessions and personalised programmes. Everything is taught by a real teacher, in real time, over video.
Our classes are designed for beginners, busy professionals and anyone who would like to feel more comfortable in their body or build a regular routine. You need a little floor space, a mat and an internet connection - no experience, flexibility or special kit.
We keep things welcoming and straightforward. Instructions are clear, options are offered for every pose, and you are always free to rest. There is no "right" way to look on the mat.
Join a small group from your living room, with a weekly timetable of class styles.
One-to-one teaching over video, planned around your goals and experience.
A structured plan with regular sessions and a home practice to follow in between.
Classes
Each class has its own focus and pace. Not sure where to begin? Beginner Yoga is designed for complete newcomers.
A slower class that explains the foundations step by step. No experience or flexibility needed.
A short, steady class to loosen up and start the day with a clearer head. Finishes in good time for work.
Slow stretches, steady breathing and a long rest to help you mark the end of the day.
A slower pace, supported poses and longer rests, with fewer transitions up and down from the floor.
Seated movement and supported standing poses using a sturdy chair. No need to get down to the floor.
Longer, steady holds and mobility work for the hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders. Patient progress, never forced.
Why home practice
Practising at home removes many of the small obstacles that make it hard to keep going.
No travel, parking or changing rooms. Roll out your mat a few minutes before class and you are ready.
Morning, lunchtime and evening classes, plus private sessions, make it easier to fit yoga around work and family.
Practise without feeling watched. Cameras are optional in group classes, and live classes are never recorded.
Regular class times and a familiar space can make it easier to build a consistent habit.
Yoga is a form of physical activity, not a medical treatment. Read our yoga safety information before you start.

Our approach
Whichever class you choose, these principles stay the same.
Every pose is explained in plain English, so you can follow along even when you cannot see the screen.
Simpler and stronger versions of each pose, with cushions, a chair or a wall when they help.
Rest whenever you need to. Nobody is expected to keep up, push through or perform.
We will never promise cures or quick fixes. Yoga is a practice, and progress looks different for everyone.

Questions
Start with a beginner class, which explains each pose step by step, or a private session if you would like individual attention. Our beginner's guide is a good read before your first class.
A non-slip yoga mat and enough space to stretch out. Cushions, a belt and a blanket are useful extras, and you can use household items instead of yoga props. Each class page lists exactly what you need, and our equipment guide covers the options.
Comfortable clothing you can move and bend in, such as leggings, joggers or loose trousers and a top that stays in place when you fold forward. Most people practise barefoot.
Classes run on Zoom. Once your booking is confirmed, we email your joining details 24 hours before class. You can join from a laptop, tablet or phone.
Choose a class and time on the booking page. Your place is reserved straight away and you will receive a booking reference. We then confirm your booking by email - please check your confirmation before the class.
Yes. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your class or session. You can cancel using the link in your booking email, or contact us to reschedule. Full details are in our cancellation policy.
Group classes last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the class; the exact length is shown on the schedule. Private sessions last 60 minutes.
Options are offered in every class, and chair yoga keeps the whole practice off the floor. Tell us about any access needs when you book, sharing only what you are comfortable with, and we will do our best to help. See gentle yoga modifications for ideas.
Yoga involves physical activity, and what is suitable varies from person to person. If you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before taking part. Our teachers cannot give medical advice. Read our yoga safety information.
