Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Plans change. This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule, and what happens if you can't make it. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Last updated:
Text shown [like this] still needs the business's own details before launch.
Summary
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
- With less notice, or if you don't attend, the class or session is usually treated as used.
- If we cancel, you can choose an alternative or a full refund.
How to cancel or reschedule
Use the "view or cancel your booking" link in your booking email, or contact us with your booking reference. To reschedule, tell us which alternative class or time you would like; changes are subject to availability.
Cancelling with at least 24 hours' notice
You can cancel free of charge. Any payment you have made will be refunded or, if you prefer, kept as credit for a future booking. See our Refund Policy.
Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice
Late cancellations make it hard to offer the place to someone else, so the class or session is normally treated as used and is not refunded. If something unexpected has happened, please get in touch - we will always consider exceptional circumstances.
Missed classes and sessions
If you don't attend and haven't cancelled, the class or session is treated as used. We can't offer refunds for missed sessions, except where the law requires it.
Late arrivals
You can usually still join a group class within the first 10 minutes. Please warm up gently before following stronger poses. Private sessions start and end at the booked time, so arriving late shortens your session.
If we need to cancel
Occasionally we may need to cancel a class or session, for example because of illness or a technical problem. We will let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Programmes and class passes
Sessions within a programme can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice, within the programme period. [Explain how unused classes on a pass, or unused sessions in a programme, are handled - for example, an expiry date or partial refunds.]
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the following statutory right of withdrawal. It applies in addition to the free cancellation described above.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your full name, or the registered business name], Home Yoga Studio, Schillerstr. 93, 14624 Dallgow-Döberitz, Germany, email: info@homeyogastudio.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully provided the service, if you expressly agreed that we begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. You give this agreement when you book a class or session that takes place within the withdrawal period.
Model withdrawal form
