Structured support

Personalised yoga programmes for practising at home

A personalised programme is for people who want more structure than occasional classes can offer. Together we agree what you would like to work towards, then build a plan that combines regular private sessions with a short home practice you can follow on the days in between.

Programmes start with a consultation. It is a relaxed conversation, not a test, and there is no obligation to continue afterwards.
