Our services

We offer live online yoga classes, private one-to-one sessions and personalised programmes, delivered over video. Each service is described on its own page. We may update the timetable, class content or teachers from time to time; if a change affects a class you have booked, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund.

Who can book

You must be 18 or over to book. By booking, you confirm that you have read our yoga safety information and that you will take part within your own abilities, seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you have any health concerns.

Booking

When you submit a booking, your place is reserved and you receive a booking reference. Your booking is confirmed when we email you to confirm it. If we cannot accept a booking, we will let you know promptly and you will not be charged.

Please make sure the details you give are accurate, particularly your email address, as this is how we send joining details.

How the contract is made

1. You choose a class or session, a date and a time on our booking page and enter your details.
2. Before you submit, you can check and correct everything you have entered directly in the form. Nothing is binding until you press the final booking button.
3. By pressing that button you make a binding request to book. The contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email.

The contract language is English. We store your booking details, and you receive them by email and can view them at any time through the private link in that email. These terms remain available on this page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page. All prices are final prices in euros. We'll explain how to pay when we confirm your booking. We may change prices for future bookings, but not for bookings already confirmed.

Cancelling, rescheduling and refunds

Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. They explain how to cancel or reschedule, what happens if you miss a class and when refunds are given.

Your responsibilities

• Practise in a safe space, clear of obstacles, on a stable non-slip surface.
• Work within your own limits, rest when you need to and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or other unusual symptoms.
• Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before taking part if you have a health condition, injury or are pregnant.
• Tell us about any modifications you need, sharing only what you are comfortable with.
• Do not share class links with others or allow others to join using your booking.
• Do not record, photograph or screenshot classes or other participants.

Conduct in classes

We want classes to be welcoming for everyone. Please be respectful to the teacher and other participants. We may remove anyone from a class whose behaviour is abusive or disruptive; in that case, no refund will be due for that class.

Intellectual property

The content of this website and our classes, including text, sequences, images and materials we provide, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial practice. Please don't copy, share or sell it without our permission. Photographs on this website are used under the Unsplash Licence.

Accounts

We do not currently offer user accounts. Your booking is managed through the links in your booking emails, which you should keep private.

Website and service availability

We aim to keep the website and classes running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee they will always be available or free from errors. If a technical problem on our side prevents a class from going ahead, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Yoga is a physical activity and involves some risk. We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Online classes cannot include individual medical assessment or hands-on supervision. Please read our yoga safety information and disclaimer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws in the country where you live.
